Using Kalaa

For creators
Creators are responsible for the products they publish on Kalaa and must have the necessary rights to sell or distribute them. Creators retain ownership of their work. By publishing a product on Kalaa, you give Kalaa permission to display, promote, distribute, and facilitate the sale of that product through the platform.
For buyers
When you purchase a digital product, you receive a license to use that product according to the creator's stated terms. Unless otherwise specified, purchasing a product does not transfer ownership or copyright to you. You may not resell, redistribute, or claim someone else's work as your own.
Payments and payouts
Prices, platform fees, creator earnings, and payout terms will be shown or communicated before relevant transactions are completed. Kalaa may use third-party payment providers to process payments and payouts.
Products and content
We want Kalaa to be a place for original and useful digital work. Do not upload, sell, or distribute content that you do not have the rights to use. Kalaa may remove products or content that violate these terms or create risks for users or the platform.
Refunds and issues
